Individual Assistance Program (IAP)

The Individual Assistance Program is a free service that provides counseling and life balance services to help resolve problems that may interfere with family and life. It is available to members of Soundpath Health as well as dependents and all household members. Services include confidential counseling, 24-hour crisis help, legal services, financial services and access to the Personal Advantage program, a life balance website with current articles on health conditions and other interactive tools. Hearing Care Discount Program

Through a special arrangement with Hearing Care Solutions (HCS), members are now eligible for a valuable new hearing care program. Hearing Care Solutions offers Soundpath Health members an annual hearing exam at no charge. Members can choose from a wide selection of hearing aids at fixed prices, from $825 to $1,750, depending on level of technology. HCS works with several major manufacturers to offer a wide variety in products. We offer a 3-year warranty, 1 year of free batteries and routine in-office servicing. We have also partnered with Newport Audiology Centers to provide access to a discount program for hearing aids. As a Soundpath Health member you can receive a 30% discount on hearing aids. This program includes unlimited adaptation and counseling visits, a 2-year warranty covering loss and damage, a 1-year supply of batteries and in-office servicing for the life of the hearing aid. ChooseHealthy™ Affinity Program

As a member of Soundpath Health, you have access to a wide variety of complementary health care services through the ChooseHealthy™ Affinity Program. With ChooseHealthy™, you receive discounts on services from a network of contracted chiropractors, acupuncturists and massage therapists for services that are not covered by your health plan.
