We offer six different Medicare Advantage plans (four with prescription drug coverage) with added benefits such as vision care and free health club membership. We also offer optional supplemental dental, chiropractic and acupuncture benefits.

You must use plan providers except in emergency or urgent care situations, or for out of area renal dialysis or other services. If you obtain routine care from out of network providers neither Medicare nor Soundpath Health will be responsible for the cost. Beneficiaries must use network pharmacies to access their prescription drug benefit, except in non-routine circumstances and quantity limitations and restrictions may apply.
