Soundpath Health offers two optional supplemental benefit plans. These benefits may be added to any of our six Medicare Advantage plans.
Dental Program
Oral health is an important part of maintaining good overall health. Our dental benefit is a PPO plan provided by Washington Dental Health Services for an additional premium. To enroll in our dental program, check the box on your enrollment form indicating you wish to sign up for the Optional Supplemental Dental Plan.

Alternative Healthcare
Through a partnership with American Speciality Healthcare Networks, for an additional premium, you recieve up to 20 combined visits for routine chiropractic and/or acupuncture services from our network of participating providors.
