Member ORIENTATION Meetings
Are you a new member curious about how to best use your Soundpath Health benefits? Or are you a returning member who just wants a refresher course? Join Soundpath Health for a FREE member meeting to learn more about your plan benefits and get answers to common questions about accessing plan benefits. At the end of every meeting, there will be time for questions.
If you can't find a meeting at a time that works for you, please email us and we will try to accomodate your needs in scheduling our next round of meeting. In the meantime, if you have any questions about your plan or benefits, please call Customer Service at 1-866-789-7747 (TTY/TDD: 1-866-264-4141). Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm from October 15 through February 14.
Online orientation meetings
Please include your email address when signing up for an online meeting. You will be sent the link to the meeting one day prior to the meeting and immediately prior to the meeting time.
