At Soundpath Health, we pride ourselves on being your partner in healthcare. We are continually looking for more ways to engage with our members. To this end, in 2011, we introduced new programs for those members who would like to become more involved. Member Advisory Committee

Are you passionate about your plan? Do you have suggestions that can help enhance the services and programs that Soundpath Health has to offer?  The Member Advisory Committee will review communications methods, program development and outreach options. Meetings are hosted quarterly at our Federal Way office. Mileage reimbursement and meals are provided for each meeting attended.
 

We're currently looking for 10 members from Chelan, Douglas and Grant counties to join the Eastern Washington Member Advisory Committee. Are you interested? Members interested in the Member Advisory Committee will be asked to complete an application form.

Sales Meeting Member Advocates

We are looking for passionate plan advocates, members who have stories and experience to share about the Soundpath Health plans, services and programs. This group of volunteers would be asked to attend sales meetings from October to December each year or attend Soundpath Health community events. Volunteers would be provided with information prior to each meeting or event and would be asked to answer any peer-to-peer questions that could help educate community members or potential members about our programs and services.

Member Voice

We are pleased to announce the launch of a quarterly member magazine “Partners in Health.”  This publication is mailed to members quarterly and shares tips, tools, and resources, offering you quality information to help you manage your healthcare needs. Do you have an inspirational story to tell or something that can encourage others to live life to the fullest? We are looking for members that have interesting stories and information to share that will impact the lives of other members. Members interested in participating in this program would be interviewed over the phone for a period of up to 30 minutes. Story suggestions and ideas would be reviewed prior to the interview and a final proof of articles would be shared with participating members prior to printing the magazine.
