Attend a Member Orientation Seminar
Are you a new member curious about how to best use your Soundpath Health benefits? Or are you a returning member who just wants a refresher course? Starting in March, Soundpath Health will be offering free member meetings where you can learn more about accessing your plan benefits. We will offer both webinars and in-person meetings. Soundpath Health Announces Our 2012 Member Appreciation Events
Please join us at the Apple Sox June 7th for a night of friends, food and baseball. Game starts at 7:05 pm and Members need to RSVP by June 1st to get tickets. The first 400 members will receive food vouchers. Come learn more about your health plan, pick up valuable tips on health and wellness and join us to kick off a summer walking challenge.
To RSVP Click Here and list first and last name, total tickets needed and phone. Tickets are issued on a first come first serve basis for our members, if you would like to bring family members or friends to the game please indicate that on the message. If tickets remain in our pool after the RVSP deadline we will contact you to let you know if we have extra tickets to offer to family and friends. To receive your tickets and food voucher show your Soundpath Health ID card at our booth outside the gates for your admission into the game on the day of the event.
