Customer Service Manager

The primary role of the Customer Service Manager is to manage the planning, and overall performance of the Customer Service and Grievance & Appeals departments. This includes ensuring staff are knowledgeable of all Soundpath Health products and services offered and they consistently provide accurate information to customers and potential members. The Customer Service Manager is also responsible for assuring high levels of performance in quality, turn-around times and service levels are being met. Another aspect is to provide expertise and support in the review and investigation of member complaints to meet with mandated CMS and other regulatory requirements pertaining to grievance and appeals. The Customer Service Manager oversees all training, hiring, and disciplining staff. Quality Improvement Specialist

The QI Specialist will support the Quality Improvement department in HEDIS reporting, tracking and measuring Medicare Star Ratings, Chronic Care & Quality Improvement projects and. HEDIS related duties include data cleanup for accuracy and reporting, interacting with HEDIS auditors for regulatory compliance and oversight of medical record review done by chart reviewers. Other functions include coordinating and facilitating various projects to ensure that Quality Improvement (QI) goals and objectives are accomplished through judicious and efficient use of resources. Director of Care Management

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Director of Care Management is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and oversight of Soundpath Health’s Care Management program. The Care Management program includes Utilization Management, Case Management, Chronic Disease Management, and Clinical Pharmacy Management. RN Health Plan Care Manager

It is the responsibility of the RN Health Plan Care Manager to provide integrated care management services, including utilization management and case management, across the continuum of care. The RN evaluates the appropriateness of medical services and facilitates referrals, authorizations, concurrent review, and discharge planning. He/she assists with the development and support of new programs, including implementation of a chronic disease management program. He/she works collaboratively with other departments in day-to-day cross-functional activities. He/she assists in the maintenance of policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
