This position is one of several that comprise the Central Office Team. The primary responsibility is mail processing, both incoming and outgoing. Director of Care Management

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Director of Care Management is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and oversight of Soundpath Health’s Care Management program. The Care Management program includes Utilization Management, Case Management, Chronic Disease Management, and Clinical Pharmacy Management. RN Health Plan Care Manager

It is the responsibility of the RN Health Plan Care Manager to provide integrated care management services, including utilization management and case management, across the continuum of care. The RN evaluates the appropriateness of medical services and facilitates referrals, authorizations, concurrent review, and discharge planning. He/she assists with the development and support of new programs, including implementation of a chronic disease management program. He/she works collaboratively with other departments in day-to-day cross-functional activities. He/she assists in the maintenance of policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards. HEDIS Medical Record Reviewer

Reviewers are required to visit provider offices to retrieve and review specific information from medical records for reporting HEDIS measures. You will be assigned specific provider offices to retrieve records from and to help you plan your daily activities. You will schedule and confirm all of your appointments to make your days as efficient as possible. We will provide equipment for capturing relevant information from medical records and train you to be able to transfer the information to our secure file transfer website. An encrypted laptop will be provided for this project. We will provide training to understand HEDIS measures as well as the use of our technology to abstract and upload relevant HEDIS measures information. Temporary Claims Quality Assurance Specialist

Reporting directly the Operations Manager, The Claims Quality Assurance Specialist will support the claims department in claims audits and other projects as assigned. The primary responsibility of the Claims Quality Assurance Specialist is to perform intermediate and advanced level daily quality assurance audits to ensure and report on the accuracy of claims processing.
