Our story

Soundpath Health was founded in 2007 by local doctors to serve people on Medicare. Our first members became effective on January 1, 2008 and we were named the number one new Medicare Advantage plan in the country based on enrollment. 

We know that selecting a Medicare plan is a daunting, but important decision. Our goal is to help you find the right plan for you. If you need information about Medicare or the benefit plans we offer, we welcome the opportunity to talk with you and make sure you have all the information you need to make the right decision for your personal circumstances. Owner Organizations

Northwest Physicians Network, LLC (NPN) is a multi-specialty independent physicians association (IPA) comprised of 258 physician owners and over 500 contracted specialty, ancillary and hospital providers. Since 1995, NPN’s delivery system has provided coordinated care to individuals in Pierce and south King counties. Currently, NPN is serving over 10,000 individuals, including 2,000 who are seniors within Medicare Advantage.

Physicians of Southwest Washington, LLC (PSW) is an independent physicians association (IPA) established in 1995. PSW represents more than 300 primary care and consulting specialists in Thurston and Lewis County as well as local hospitals and ancillary service providers. The network’s mission is to support the independent and small group practice of medicine through fair contracting, responsible utilization, and cooperative innovation in the delivery of health care. PSW is committed to efforts which preserve and enhance the doctor-patient relationship. PSW has also established a separate 501© (3) Foundation for Quality Improvement, through which charitable Foundation PSW supports programs such as chronic disease self management, fall prevention among the elderly and health system delivery reforms.
